Wellness Program
Weight Management Program
Hannibal Regional’s Weight Management Program is designed to help you reach your weight loss goals while giving you the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer an 8-week weight loss program led by a registered dietitian.
During an eight week period, the Weight Management Program will help you develop and implement a plan to fit your weight loss needs and goals. Your initial session will be one-on-one with a registered dietitian and the remaining seven sessions will be in a group environment. The program is ongoing and individuals can get started at any time.
Diabetes Prevention Course
Diabetes Prevention Course is a 7-month lifestyle change program focusing on reducing the risk of developing diabetes and is recommended for anyone with prediabetes or who are interested in living a healthier lifestyle. The group sessions are facilitated by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, with biweekly meetings for the six months of the program. This program includes 14 sessions with a dietitian and/or certified diabetes educator, expert guest speakers throughout the program and the tools, materials, and resources needed to prevent or delay a type 2 diabetes diagnosis.
